General Duties and Experience: Oversees design projects from concept to completion. Leads organization-wide projects that involve conceptualizing, structuring, and presenting information and graphic design. Creates the design and layout of collateral that includes digital and web designs created to communicate with existing and potential clients. Demonstrates expertise in all manner of graphic design, with particular emphasis in strategic and technical communications. Responsible for developing and implementing creative visual and strategic solutions from scientific presentations to websites to online tool productivity tools.

Specific Responsibilities
The services required includes all aspects of graphic design to include, but not limited to, design and layout support, text processing, page mark-up, graphic scanning, design and layout support, large and small format printing, sign making, engraving, mounting & laminating, and any other creative design support. Production environment is Windows-based.
Graphic Design Work Products. The contractor shall provide the following work products that are timely and meet the needs of the Government:
  • Web and Digital Graphics
  • Use a variety of IT media to facilitate expanded sharing of information both within and external to customer
  • Develop frameworks and templates that support online delivery of mission and business-related content
  • Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate and deliver graphics that support the business process of the customer
  • Assist in developing the functional requirements for design visual identifiers that are to be published on the customer's website
  • Editorial Review: grammatical, typographical, and compositional reviews and corrections to be conducted within the standard or agreed to production timelines prior to final submission to the Customer.
Minimum Experience: 10 years’ relevant experience in the career field of graphic design and familiar with a wide range of design software applications.
